About me:

The below is a bit old, but gives a flavour of my b’ground.

================

From the time I arrived in London in late 2007, until  early 2009,  I worked at i-level (Europe’s biggest digital media agency). I had a couple of roles there including account manager for Sony UK, Sky, and Beck’s, as well as a bit of analyst-type work, and as social media strategist for the social media division.

Before moving to London at the end of 2007, I lived in Melbourne for a couple of years, and worked at MindShare Interaction, as well as heading up media at a full service digital agency called Sputnik Agency.

While in Melbourne, I helped bring digital industry gathering Clickaholics down from Sydney, as well being one of the 3 founders of the Twitter meetup MTUB* and am pleased to both still going strong (and I see there’s now STUBs, PTUBs, and BTUBs too).

Before Melbourne, I was in Brisbane (where I grew up & went to uni) at Starcom.

About this blog:

First up, it got its name from a The Lucksmiths song   (”Under the rotunda” - track 2 off “A good kind of nervous” LP).

It’s a place for a collection of everything interactive-media related, both news and some commentary pieces from me.

(This ‘About page’ was last updated 16 May , 2009.)

* MTUB stands for “Melbourne Twitter Underground Brigade”.  The name came from Ben Barren, if memory serves.
